Don’t like the big Asian Slicers? That’s OK, www.knifeknutz.com and Maestro Wu has your answer!

The D-8 Nakiri freehand sharpened stupidly sharp (love that) from Maestro Wu and http://www.knifeknutz.com has your answer. If your a vegetarian or vegan you can use it for its original purpose or just think of it because it is a smaller version of the D-11 or wood handled G-11 which are two of the BEST Asian Slicers ever made and making them since 1937 with a rags to riches holiday style story to a company that never Sacrifices quality and still hand makes everyone of these beautiful artworks. The D-8 Nakiri from Maestro Wu yes it’s original purpose  was vegetables but being a small  slicer it can do the jobs of the big boys just as well, just not as big. The D-8 Nakiri/slicer there’s no way you can’t go wrong using it for any purpose. Sold exclusively in the U.S.  by http://www.knifeknutz.com and hand sharpened by the free hander jmbullman.
