The 240 Maestro Wu D-7, if this doesn’t convince you nothing will

As most know I’ve been selling this brand for quite some time and the more I use the more I love, the more I sell the thank you emails roll in, the more I sell the more I realize these are some of the most underrated knives every made but there edge retention is like nothing else out there. Don’t get me wrong now yes I love my Kochi, my Kajiwara, Fujiwara, Chambriard, Sabatier, Hattori, Kantasune, Certain CKTG makes especially the CPM 154 original addict and the list can go on, I’m a connasauer of fine steel in knives, but for the price there is no brand that can beat the Maestro Wu knives for rough, tough, ass kicking in the kitchen and coming back saying feed me more. Right now all Maestro Wu’s at shop.knifeknutz.com are 10% off with coupon code which you will have to email me to get. james@knifeknutz.com or go through the contact page at http://www.knifeknutz.com. all knives freehand sharpened by the Bullman upon request or you will get just the basic edge, it’s sharp but nothing near the freehand magic in these fingers to tailor a custom edge to meet your needs.  Customer service is what we’re all about and we always accept your knives for sharpening on a custom level like you have never felt if you just used to factory or machine made edges. Repairs like broken tips are also repaired and much much more. Thanks, The Bullman

Christmas gift cards that keep giving. My new Kajiwara blue agonomi #2 Damascus

One of the best things about Christmas and birthdays are the giftcards. I treated myself to a new Kajiwara Blue Agonomi #2 Damascus 240 Gyuto. After a couple hours of sharpening by BBS, the Bullman, this is one of the sharpest knives I’ve ever freehand sharpened hands down.

With its rosewood and ebony handle along with a Edge that will cut all and serve it up well. It’s different from the Maestro Wu’s which I love so much but I had to show my Japanese sharpening freehand skills at BBS are still at the top of the game and mail in sharpening is always welcome, just contact me at james@knifeknutz.com
